Interview with outgoing Minister of Foreign of Kosovo

Wednesday 15 June 2016 - 10H38

0ua_fmB2_400x400It is easy to see that Petrit Selimi is something of great political communicator, those who entered the world scene in the 1990s and 2000s. Alistair Campbell, the name that comes to mind, is indeed the mentor of the young Selimi. The latter studied, among other things, political communication at University of Oslo and London School of Economics, he went into journalism before drifting into public relations, and ended up in government service — a good place for him to apply his techniques of digital diplomacy and interfaith dialogue. These techniques mesh perfectly with the digital savvy population, people who read their press online and who are very moderate in their Islam. Opinion Internationale knows Selimi well, and will certainly meet him again once he enters a new career of support for youth employment in his country.
